Dynamic Sports Facilities have been awarded the tender to redevelop Rundle and Morton Parks in Emerald, Queensland.

Currently, there are existing tennis courts, clubhouse and other facilities at Rundle Park and netball courts at Morton Park. This tender consists of the demolition of the existing netball courts at Morton Park, coinciding with the construction of netball, tennis and multi-purpose courts at Rundle Park. The entire tender consists of:
Bulk earthworks, re-shaping and re-profiling of existing sports fields
Demolition works, including removal of existing buildings, pathways, tennis and netball courts, and car park
Construction of new off-street carpark area and associated stormwater drainage.
Construction of 5 new tennis courts with acrylic sports surfacing
Construction of 3 new combined tennis/netball courts with acrylic sports surfacing
Construction of 6 new sole-use netball courts with acrylic sports surfacing
Construction of new pedestrian pathways to link facilities


Dynamic Sports Facilities propose to start works on this project in mid-January with the intention of completing the works by the end of April.
